THE SUPPLY CAPTAIN'S 30 DAY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY Your satisfaction is very important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations or satisfaction, return it within 30 days of shipment and you will receive a replacement or refund. We will exchange your item or credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges.  If you were shipped product due to our error, you will receive full credit. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that allows traceability. We cannot be held accountable for packages lost in transit. Although you may use any method to ship a return package, we suggest the USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. Important: Items should be returned in their original product packaging. All Items must be in sellable condition and as such cannot be soiled, worn or laundered. If we determine that any returned item is not in sellable condition we will return it to you and no refund or exchange will be made. Items being returned as defective are not subject to this restriction. Exchanges:  If you were shipped incorrectly due to our error, there will be no additional charge. Wholesale exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee Exclusions: We cannot accept merchandise that has been customized to your personal requirements (sewing, nametapes, dogtags, etc) unless we have made an error in processing. We cannot accept merchandise for return or exchange that has been sold as a special close out sale item where it has been noted “all sales are final”.
